A speculative proposal imagining a future settlement in the ocean. As a result of sea-level rise many coastal cities had to adapt and one such adaptation revolves around a scientific community that lives on a biomimicry torus inspired by jellyfish. The proposal looks at self organizing cluster behavior and speculates future material and systems that mine the ocean for resources including water.
